Which of the two pages do I choose?
- If your insurance pays for the consultation, this page is the right one. It holds the three tests and three hours with both of us, and the results only become a plan once we have gone through them with you.

2. Your omega 3 cell test, ordered through Zinzino
The cell test (BalanceTest) is not part of this package, because you get it on better terms directly from Zinzino, together with the oil. Your EPA, the omega 3 fat that brings an inflammation to an end, is very low, while your overall omega 6 to omega 3 balance already looks good. That is exactly what we want to follow.
- Each kit holds the oil and two BalanceTests: you take the first one now, the second comes free after 120 days, so you see in black and white whether the oil works for you.
- Delivery every two months, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

4. What your doctor can measure
Your blood tests are done by your doctor in England, using your separate test list. It names the sample type and the preparation for each test.
- Inflammation, immune system and infections: hs CRP and CRP, TRAb, ANA, Borrelia, EBV and your vaccination protection (antibodies only as quantitative tests)
- Iron, vitamin D and bone: iron status, 25 OH and 1,25 OH vitamin D, PTH, bone specific ALP
- Vitamins and methylation: vitamin A, C, B1, B2, B6, homocysteine, active B12, red cell folate
- Minerals, amino acids and fatty acids, many of them in whole blood
- Blood sugar and lipids: fasting insulin with HOMA, HbA1c, lipids, ApoB, oxidised LDL
- Oxidative stress and thyroid: glutathione, antioxidant capacity, coenzyme Q10, L carnitine; TSH, free T4, free T3
