The program comprises 12 sessions over 3 months. In addition, there are short, practical exercises to be done between sessions. Significant changes are usually noticeable from the first month because new behaviors are consistently practiced and applied directly in everyday life.

We work in three clear steps. First, we establish stability and security within the system. Then, we train specific behavioral patterns that function under pressure. After that, we transfer and anchor these patterns in everyday life until the new reactions become automatic.

How do you work with emotions without it ending in endless conversations?


Emotions aren't talked to death, but rather regulated and harnessed. We help you recognize emotions early, stabilize them physically, and translate them into clear communication. The goal isn't drama or analysis, but presence, connection, and effective action in difficult moments.

What does this have to do with performance coaching?

Relationships are performance systems. Under pressure, it's decided whether you stay connected or fall into old patterns. In the 2:2 setting, you work as a couple simultaneously with two couples therapists. Is the program taking place online or in person?

How much time needs to be invested outside of the meetings?
