From soul to soul
For over 40 years, I allowed myself to be persuaded as a scientist to believe that we are nothing more than this physical body. That all my energetic experiences were merely figments of my imagination and wishful thinking.
When I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini moment and ego dissolution in 2020, following a terrible life crisis and suicide attempts, this denial ended forever. Inner peace, deep connection, and a complete opening of my heart were the result. No more stress, no more guilt, and no more blame for everything that supposedly went wrong in my life—only the certainty that all the pain in my life happened to awaken me and lead me to a higher consciousness.
Since then, I've known that our body is merely a sensory system through which our soul experiences itself in this world and strives to evolve. I've come to understand that all the challenges, pain, and crises we experience have a purpose. They are signposts. They lead us back to the path of our heart. When my mind stopped analyzing, I was able to receive my soul's vision: that I am here to bring love and healing into the world. Since then, I no longer chase after goals of success. I follow my mission.
