Epigenetics of Love

Epigenetics of Love

When performance comes alive again and closeness once more sustains

We are Ghazaleh and Mohsen . Our paths didn't originate from a marketing idea, but from two genuine transformation processes. We both come from a world of intellectualism —a world of performance, responsibility, rationality, thinking, and functioning. And we've both experienced what happens when the mind alone tries to carry life.
Epigenetics of Love is the healing method that has emerged from it.

The story of Ghazaleh

From combat mode to self-healing and purpose

From combat mode to self-healing and purpose

For many years, I was the role model woman : a PhD geneticist , university lecturer and researcher , politically active, building projects, and simultaneously a mother of two. From the outside, everything seemed perfect. Inside, I lived in combat mode : chronic stress, inner emptiness, and a voice that told me daily that I was not good enough .

Then came the break . Marital crisis and painful events in my life. I collapsed and slid into a deep depression and identity crisis , including hospitalizations, while outwardly I continued to function. Medication didn't really help, and that's precisely what made the low point so clear.

On the brink of collapse, I made a decision. I'm changing my life. Not to disparage conventional medicine , but with the courage to acknowledge its limitations and forge new paths. I embarked on a healing and personal development journey , gradually rediscovering inner strength , self-love , and joy for life .

And because I'm a scientist, I wanted to understand why this works and how to make it repeatable . The aha moment came when everything fell into place through epigenetics : body , mind , stress , and lifestyle as a system that can be specifically influenced. That's when my path became logical. My own transformation led to my calling as an epigenetics coach , because today I don't just treat symptoms, but change the puzzle pieces that create the problem in the first place.

And as is often the case in life: when you make a real decision, new paths open up.

I came across a video by Vishen Lakhiani, who talked about how you can get your life back if you work on your mental skills.

For me, as a scientist, that sounded absurd at first. But I was prepared to do anything to get better.
I asked myself the most important question of my life:
If the science to which I had dedicated almost four decades of my life had brought me to the brink of death – what was there left that I didn't understand about how life really works?

I opened myself to a world larger than what is calculable and measurable. To new paths – not against conventional medicine, but beyond it. I began with healing, personal development, and inner work. Within three months, I was not only healed, but more alive, more successful, and happier than ever before.

And because I'm a scientist, I wanted to understand why this works—and how to make it repeatable. The turning point came with epigenetics: body, mind, stress, and lifestyle as a system that meshes together like the gears of a clock, enabling genuine happiness, health, and success. A system that can be specifically influenced if you understand it.

This realization became my calling. Today I work as an epigenetics coach. I don't just treat symptoms, but address the root cause – so that real change becomes possible.

Life Story of Mohsen

For a long time, I lived in the conventional world of positivism: systems, logic, and performance. Thinking was my home, control my strategy. For this, I received recognition. My work reached millions of people, I was awarded prizes—including the Deutsche Welle BoBs Awards and the Web and Mobile Festival, two years in a row. Rationality became not just my tool, but my way of life. And my most important strategy for dealing with conflict.

The turning point didn't come as a new idea, but as a life crisis . Fear took over. The rational patterns I had used for years to avoid feelings crumbled. I lost my footing, withdrew, and inwardly gave up not only on myself, but on life itself. There was a period when I came very close to losing everything—including my livelihood. The road was no longer an abstract concept.

Meeting Ghazaleh reflected back to me many things I didn't want to see in myself. Friendship transformed into an honest mirror. My over-rationality slowly began to dissolve – not through thinking, but through relationship.

Shortly after that, I switched from IT to youth services. I worked as a trainer with young people from families in crisis and with severe behavioral problems.

There I learned something I had previously lacked: how to remain present when emotions run high. To perceive feelings without being at their mercy. To lead clearly, to set boundaries – and at the same time to remain empathetic.

What ultimately brought all of this together was behavior-oriented counseling. It gave me a tool to make patterns visible, to change behavior in a targeted way, and to reconnect thinking, feeling, and acting.

Thus, a new path emerged: performance without self-sacrifice. Relationships without self-abandonment. And leadership that is not based on control, but on inner clarity.

Why did our paths cross?

Our meeting point wasn't a coincidence, but a soul's journey . When we met, it was like an inner recognition. We were both at a point where old identities were crumbling and life was demanding a new direction. That's exactly where it clicked, as if life had brought us together. We didn't find each other, but rather manifested each other – through decisions, letting go, healing, and the courage to no longer live against ourselves.

What united us was a shared realization

Sustainable performance doesn't arise from further surface optimization, but from a fundamental realignment of the human system. As our knowledge coalesced, the missing puzzle piece became visible: only when psyche, epigenetics, and behavioral chains mesh together like the gears of a clock do life, health, and success remain in sync, and happiness becomes possible again.

Our calling

Another path to performance and collaboration

Our mission is to show people and organizations a different path before exhaustion or burnout forces them to. We believe that high performance doesn't arise from pressure, but from connection – with oneself, within the team, and in relationships. This is how energy is conserved and work becomes sustainably effective.

When the body and nervous system are stable, emotions are integrated, and behavior is clearly aligned, true performance emerges. We support individuals and companies in developing a culture where collaboration is effective, focus is fostered, and success is possible without sacrificing health or humanity.

Let's walk this path together.
