This 1:1 or 2:2 session is for people who want results, not just a feel-good chat. We combine precise behavioral analysis with top-level expertise in genetics and epigenetics . This reveals what's truly holding you back: mentally, emotionally, and biologically. You'll receive a clear diagnosis of your patterns and an actionable plan that fits into your daily life; measurable, structured, and straightforward.
For people with high responsibilities who suffer from stress, pressure to make decisions, conflicts, rumination or a drop in performance – and want to solve the problem cleanly and efficiently.
We don't just look at symptoms, but at the logic behind them: What triggers it, what do you do then, what keeps the pattern alive, and how do we specifically change it in everyday life?
That depends on the specific test. After the sample arrives at the lab, the report typically arrives within a few weeks. If you've booked a consultation, we'll schedule the appointment so you can start immediately after the results are available.
We utilize genetic/epigenetic principles to individually manage stress, recovery, and performance. If you already have tests, we will integrate them. If not, we will still work with a scientifically sound approach and can optionally discuss testing strategies.
Sometimes one session is enough for course correction. For deeper patterns, several sessions are advisable to allow new strategies to become stable. You decide; no subscription, no pressure.

Those who consistently overexert themselves will eventually pay the price: sleep, focus, relationships, performance. Ignoring the consequences won't make it any cheaper. This coaching is the reset: identifying the root causes, making adjustments, and stabilizing daily life.
We begin with a brief check-in and define a clear goal for the session. This is followed by a structured analysis (patterns, triggers, stress mechanisms) and finally a concrete implementation plan with tools/exercises for everyday life.
Both are possible. Online is often just as effective and saves time. In-person appointments are possible depending on location and availability; you'll receive this information when you book your appointment.
You can choose between 1 and 3 hours. If it's about a specific topic, 1–1.5 hours is often sufficient. For complex topics or in a 2:2 setting, 2–3 hours are usually much more effective because we can work in greater depth and bring things to a proper conclusion.
Nothing complicated. You bring your topic and ideally 2-3 specific situations in which it occurs. If you already have lab/DNA or other health data, you can bring it, but it's not mandatory.
Everything is confidential. We work professionally, with a clear structure and a focus on solutions. Cancellations, rescheduling, and organizational details are handled transparently and communicated in advance.
